Welcome to Blossom Salon Studio, home of Hair by Nicole Shante.
As a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, my goal is to provide a luxury, faith-filled, and professional experience where beauty and purpose meet.
Every guest is treated with excellence, care, and the intention to restore confidence in her crown.

Please review the following policies before booking.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.

• Each service requires its own non-refundable deposit, shown under the selected service.
   
• Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your total balance.
   
• Deposits are non-transferable to another person or service.
   
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, deposits may be transferred once to a new date.
   

1. Select your desired service, date, and time through the booking link.
    
2. Pay the required service deposit to confirm your appointment.
    
3. You’ll receive a confirmation message or email once your appointment is secured.
    

Consultations:
Consultations are highly recommended for new clients or major transformations. This ensures we discuss your goals, expectations, and the best approach for your hair’s health and style.

Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
If you know you’ll be a few minutes late, please give me a courtesy call or text so I can plan accordingly.

• After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies.
   
• After 20 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
   

Hair Preparation:

• For styling, braids, or updos: arrive with clean, dry hair.
   
• For color services: arrive with unwashed hair (24–48 hours since last wash) for best results.
   

If you must cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in the loss of your deposit.
   
• No-shows forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
   

All services are final sale due to the professional time, products, and expertise invested.

If you have a concern with your service, please reach out within 48–72 hours so I can evaluate and make reasonable adjustments.
After that time frame, any corrections or reinstallations will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly.

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, please do not bring children or additional guests unless they have a scheduled appointment.

• Blossom Salon Studio is not responsible for the quality or longevity of hair provided by the client.
   
• Proper home care is essential. I’ll recommend professional products and maintenance routines to preserve your style and protect your investment.
